Ceplac avança em estratégia rumo a excelência

Foram refinados os direcionadores do Planejamento Estratégico da Ceplac na Oficina: “mapa estratégico”, 5ª Reunião da agenda de eventos do plano, realizada em Brasília na terça, dia 17 de maio, onde participaram técnicos e lideranças do setor cacaueiro. “O refinamento significa alinhar as metas institucionais aos anseios dos produtores e da sociedade”, disse o Coordenador Geral de Gestão Estratégica da Ceplac, Elieser Correia. Ele explica que os direcionadores estratégicos foram levantados no final de abril na Conferência de Busca que aconteceu em Ilhéus-BA, com a participação da sociedade, produtores e dirigentes de instituições públicas e privadas.

“Identificados por meio da metodologia Balanced Scorecard (BSC) na última reunião na Bahia, a contribuição dos participantes foi de fundamental importância e o refinamento desses direcionadores fazem parte do método implantado pela Symnetics Consultoria, responsável pelo Planejamento Estratégico da Ceplac”, esclareceu Elieser. Ele lembrou que o cronograma do Planejamento que vai até 2022, desenvolvido pela empresa, está dentro dos prazos propostos. Também é satisfatória a presença de participantes na projeção futura de adequação para que a Ceplac cumpra sua missão.

O Diretor Geral da Ceplac, Jay Walace, na abertura do encontro destacou a importância da contribuição de experientes profissionais do Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento (Mapa) presentes, como o Chefe da Assessoria de Gestão Estratégica, Derli Dossa e do Coordenador Geral de Articulação Institucional, Paulo Fresneda. Participando também ativamente do evento, o presidente da Associação dos Cacauicultores (APC), Henrique Almeida, defendeu as ações da Ceplac para a agricultura familiar e lembrou que ela é um dos poucos e importantes instrumentos de políticas públicas que a região sul da Bahia possui.

A Diretoria da Ceplac, num esforço comum com os superintendentes, gerentes regionais e chefes dos Centros de Pesquisa do Cacau e de Extensão Rural da instituição, e ainda contando com a sociedade, continua trabalhando para fortalecer a marca “Ceplac” no sentido de levar o desenvolvimento rural às regiões produtoras de cacau.  Para tanto, após o mapa estratégico definido nesta reunião em Brasília a partir do refinamento dos direcionadores, já está prevista a próxima reunião com lideranças do setor na Bahia de 23 a 27 de maio.
