ANTEFFA COM AÇÃO COLETIVA BUSCARÁ NA JUSTIÇA DIREITOS PARA SEUS ASSOCIADOS

 Dentre os pontos discutidos e aprovados na Assembléia Geral Extraordinária do dia 06 de julho, está a decisão de buscar na Justiça direitos para seus associados ativos, aposentados e pensionistas, até então negados pelo Governo Federal.
    Para atender esta decisão a ANTEFFA contratou os serviços advocatícios do Dr. Francis Borda do Rio Grande do Sul, que ingressará com as seguintes Ações:
  1. Integralidade da GDATFA, nos mesmos valores pagos aos servidores em atividade, no período dos últimos cinco anos (prescrição qüinqüenal), com pedido de incorporação em folha do valor recebido pelos servidores em atividade;
  2. Cobrança das gratificações GDATA, GDPGPE e GDPGTAS para os servidores aposentados ocupantes do cargo de Auxiliar Operacional Agropecuário, Técnico de Laboratório e Auxiliar de Laboratório, decorrente das diferenças dos valores recebidos pelos aposentados e os pagos aos servidores em atividade. Salientamos a URGÊNCIA no ingresso desta ação, que sugerimos ser na modalidade coletiva, devido ao prazo prescricional da cobrança das referidas diferenças;
  3. Atualização da verba indenizatória do auxílio-alimentação, o qual está congelada há mais de cinco anos;
  4. Suspensão do recolhimento da contribuição previdenciária e do imposto de renda incidente sobre “terço constitucional” de férias;
  5. Suspensão e devolução do imposto de renda incidente sobre o abono de permanência;
  6. Cobrança de valores de atrasados impargos e correção monetária dos valores reconhecidos na via administrativa e não atualizados pela Administração. Sugerimos que o ingresso desta ação na forma individual, na qual é necessário para o ajuizamento cópia do processo administrativo, do demonstrativo do cálculo dos valores reconhecidos pelo órgão administrativo e das fichas financeiras do período correspondente;
  7. Conversão da atividade especial (insalubre, penosa ou perigosa) pelo fator 1.4 pós 1990 (RJU). Sugerimos o ingresso de Mandado de Injunção coletivo;
  8. Atualização dos proventos e pensões concedidos após a EC 41 na modalidade de proventos pela média;
  9. Manutenção do valor da remuneração dos servidores que, em face do advento da Medida Provisória 431/2008 (atualmente convertida na Lei nº. 11.784/2008), sofreram redução nominal nos valores que eram percebidos. Sugerimos o ingresso desta ação na modalidade coletiva, no entanto, registramos a necessidade de listagem com a relação de servidores que sofreram a referida redução, em face desta alteração legislativa.
Por se tratar de Ação Coletiva não será necessário toda aquela “papelada” quando se trata de Ações Individuais, e também por esta razão a Ação só beneficiará os colegas que na data da entrada na Justiça, façam parte do Quadro de Associados da ANTEFFA.
Portanto, cabe a cada um de nós passarmos esta informação aqueles colegas que ainda resistem em não associar-se.

The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
